ETF and IEEE visit to Idvorsky Laboratories

Students taking a course in Electromagnetic Compatibility course at School of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade and members of the IEEE EMC Chapter Serbia & Montenegro from the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad visited the Idvorsky Laboratories on May 29, 2023.

Laboratory staff presented a few EMC tests: RF emission measurements in semi anechoic chamber, immunity to electrical fast transients / burst (EFT/B, IEC 61000-4-4) and immunity to electrostatic discharge (ESD, IEC 61000-4-2) on the real product samples.

Through a discussion with the students, PhD Antonije Djordjevic, Member of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts, and PhD Dragan Olcan helped in connecting the material from lectures and exercises with setup and testing in the laboratory. Students are invited to do either graduate theses or internships in Idvorsky Laboratories.
